Weekly Challenge Update

So it has been a few weeks since my last post. So I have received emails and calls what is going on is everything okay? Well to answer the question NO. Not everything has gone well. My loving grandmother past away at a ripe old age of 90. She was a special women in my life and will never be replaced. Then work like most of us took over my life and I lost focus on my training. Now with 8 weeks till the end of the year I have to refocus myself. I still have 20 lb to go to hit my goal for 2011. So this weeks upcoming challenge is to start walking. So over the past week I started to walk/run3 miles each day.

So here is my challenge for you start walking each day. I know I am keeping it simple but when you are trying to make change should keep it all simple. So for the first day walk half a mile. And the second day walk two thirds of mile. Day three walk a mile. And keep that up for seven days. If you add this into your routine with the sit ups and pushups. You will see your body transform over the up coming weeks. When you feel up to it add to your more miles to your routine.
