Weekly Challenge Three
So how are you doing? I can tell you that I am trying my best to keep up with what I have added to my life. But hey this is what happens when you want to make changes. So for the last two weeks I have been drinking a ton of water and I can tell you I am not nearly as hunger as I used to be. Drinking somewhere in the neighbor hood of 140 ounces of water your body is having to work a lot more to burn the water off. Last week I weight in at 259lb and this week after adding in the sit ups I am weighting a light 256lb. So as of right now I am on pace to get to my goal. But you have to remember this is not about what the scale says. This is about how you feel. If you do everything the way you should then over time your body will respond and you will see the results.
Alright so we have added water and sit ups. The next thing to add to your daily task is push ups. Push ups are one of the most common exercises. We started to doing them in gym class in elementry school. Push ups work out so many body parts at once like your chest, abs, triceps, shoulders and torso. The nice thing about sit ups and push ups is that you do not need to go to a gym you can do them anywhere you are. This simple routine will do wonders and over the next several weeks we will come back to it and up the amount of push ups you do in a day.
So as of right now we are only doing two exercise which is 30 sit ups per day and now we are going to add 10 push ups per day. I know 10 is a low number but the key is to start somewhere you can handle. If you want to do more do it. I am trying to build up to 100 push ups and 200 sit ups per day. I know this is going to take time but it is what it is a goal.
