Weekly Challenge Two
Well I hope everyone had a great weekend. I know with the start of NFL football seasons the weekends become a Blur. So last week’s challange was a pretty hard one. I had over 1,064.7 ounces of water. This is alot of water!! I started last week at 263lb. This morning I wieght in at a cool 259lb not bad for a week. So let’s think about what should be week two’s challange.
One of the most important things in getting in shape is to get your core in strength up. The best way of doing this is by doing sit ups. I think that 30 sit ups per day should do the trick to start. All you need is five minutes in the morning and it can make a huge diference in your life but let’s face it you like most Americans won’t be able to do even 10 so this could be a big stretch for you. But, you can do it. Also don’t forget you still need to keep the water in take at 55% of your body weight in ounces. I hope you are able to shake the football out of your system and put some work in on your body. Please post some pictures of you doing sit ups.
